Vacuum furnace
It can be used up to 2000°C for sintering various non-oxide ceramics. The furnace has the capability to maintain 10-3 mbar vacuum. It can also operate in various atmospheres such as N2, Ar, He and N2-H2 in dry and moist conditions. It is equipped with multi-gas mass flow controllers to regulate the gases. It has a chamber size of 125 x 125 x 200 mm3.
