SOFC test station
SED division has a 120 V and 600 W fuel cell work station, which is capable of testing different types of fuel cells such as SOFC, PEM etc. in planar and tubular geometries. The facility is utilized to characterize SOFC button cells, single cells and stacks using different rigs. The SOFC work station is installed with Lab view software to run the test station in specified process conditions. The stacks can be tested under the maximum load of 100 kg.
