Anodization pilot plant facility
Anodization is a simple electrochemical process in which thicker oxide layers (2 to 30 µm) can be obtained on aluminium and its alloys in a suitable electrolyte bath by applying constant voltage / current. A sealing process is mandatory to improve the corrosion resistance of the aluminium alloys after anodization. A pilot plant facility has been established for the anodization of larger component (2'x 2' aluminium alloy sheets and complex shapes)
