Lab scale Resin Impregnation Machine (M/s. Technology Specialists Ltd., Warwick U.K)
This machine is customised for producing Room temperature/High temperture thermoset prepregs which can be processed in the temperature range of 40°C -150°C.It can handle various reinforcements having areal weight ranging from 150 to 350 GSM with a production speed ranging from 1.5-3M per minute. The unique feature of this machine is its ability to produce prepreg lengths as low as 1.5M to 1000 M and with a maximum web width of the reinforcement of 0.3 to 0.8 M with a good precession of ±10 GSM on areal density .
