MAV Airframe Fabrication Facility
Light weight airframes of various sizes in the range of 300mm to 1800mm can be fabricated in this facility. Stringent Quality Control norms are adhered to during the fabrication process of the composite airframes i.e. raw materials checks, material property evaluation, tooling inspection, composite airframe processing, finishing operations and inspection of the finished part. Several light weight airframe prototypes have been successfully developed which have endured hundreds of landings.
