AVIONICS DATA LOGGER FOR ON AIRCRAFT TESTING OF POWERED HANG GLIDER

Avionics Data Logger for on Aircraft Testing of Powered Hang Glider

Powered Hang Glider Avionics Data Logger has been realized using Programmable Systems On Chip (PSoC), 9 Degree of Freedom (DoF) sensor having 3-Axis Accelerometer, 3-Axis Gyroscope and 3-Axis Magnetometer with a modular micro-SD Data Logger as part of the integrated hardware. Above figure shows the mounting and placement of Avionics hardware on Glider.

  • Onboard  3 Axes Sensors (Gyro, Accelerometer, Magnetometer)  + Altitude

  • Input Voltage : + 5 to +12 V

  • External Reconfigurable Interface (for GPS, Sonar, Airspeed Sensor, Gas Sensor, RF System etc.)

  • Onboard (microSD) flight data logger

  • 2 to 8 Hours flight data log for more than 100 parameters
