Satish S Nimbal

Mr. Satish Nimbal is working in the field of development of composites for aerospace applications. His core area involves design and development of molding/tooling techniques for fabrication complex profiled laminated carbon/epoxy parts to the co-cured composite structures and fabrication of laminated composite parts for aerospace applications including the specimen preparation for mechanical testing programs. He is also exploring feasibility of vacuum membrane forming of laminated composites for cycle reduction and ease of manufacturing for production environment. He has guided 4 groups for their B.E/B.Tech academic projects and an academic project for Master of Engineering student. He is a life member of (Indian society for Advancement of materials and Processing Engineering) ISAMPE.
