Sanketh Ailneni has a Masters in Aerospace Engineering from Academy of Scientific & Industrial Research (AcSIR – NAL), Bangalore. Presently he is working as a Scientist at the Flight Mechanics and Controls Division (CSIR – NAL). He has been working on Indigenous Autopilot Development for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). He has developed Nonlinear Complementary filter and Extended Kalman Filter based algorithms for Attitude and Heading estimation of a UAV. He has developed EKF based algorithms for LCA store trajectory estimation. His research interests include flight dynamics of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, Estimation and Control theory, extended Kalman filter.
