RAGHAVENDRA

Raghavendra is a Senior scientist in the Centre for Civil Aircraft Design and Development (C-CADD) division of CSIR-National Aerospace Laboratories, Bangalore. He is a Mechanical Engineering Graduate from RVCE, Bengaluru and has a Master of Engineering Degree from UVCE, Bengaluru.

He has been working in the Civil Aviation Projects for Design and Development of SARAS, HANSA and NM5-100 and contributed in the area of CAD/CAM & allied activities such as NMG development & analysis, efficient CAD modeling & validation, digital mockup assembly, reverse engineering, kinematics, CAD geometry for CFD analysis and many other CAD related activities. He is specialized in prototype aircraft metallic structural components manufacturing by involving in sheet metal production drawing generation, process planning, efficient selection of manufacturing and fabrication process, design for manufacturing, sheet metal forming, tolerance stack-up analysis and CNC programming of aerospace components. He has been working in the aerospace field since 2003.

He is a Member of Institute Management Committee(IMC) at Apex Hi-tech Institute (MSDE) Bangalore.
