I joined NAL in the year 2010 as a Quick Hire Fellow after obtaining my PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toulouse, France where I was a Marie-Curie fellow. Previous to this I obtained my Master’s degree in aerospace engineering from IISc where I also worked as a senior research fellow from 2005-2006 of Civil Engineering. In NAL I have worked on parallelizing the grid free solvers of the division. My areas of interest include flow control using reduced order modeling, shape optimization, fluid structure interaction and aero-acoustics. I am currently involved in providing external aerodynamic solutions to the various aircraft development programs.
