MANIKANTAN R

R. Manikantan is a Scientist in C-CADD division at CSIR-National Aerospace Laboratories (CSIR-NAL), Bangalore. He graduated with a B.E degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manonmonium Sundaranar University and M.E in Manufacturing engineering from Madras Institute of Technology (MIT) Chennai in the year 2004. Currently, he is pursuing his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology, Hyderabad. At NAL he involved in the manufacturing-related activities of SARAS-PSA aircraft, following that he worked in the structural design of PT1-N nacelle. Currently, he is working on the configuration study of 19-seater aircraft.

System design and simulation, optimization, parameter estimation, dynamics, and control.
