Polymer Laboratory
A Polymer Laboratory has been set up for conducting research work on materials and processing, incoming inspection of composite materials (e.g. resins, adhesives and prepregs) and other routine physical and chemical tests.
Specifications:
It is equipped with well-controlled vacuum hood chambers for evaluating fiber/resin content of composites through acid digestion method, experimental set-up for composite density measurements, ultrasoincator for efficient mixing of nanoparticles in solutions (e.g. resin, solvents etc.)
