SATHIYAMOORTHY K

Mr Sathiyamoorthy K completed his BE from Bharathiyar University in the year 2000 and M.E from College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University in the year 2002. He joined Propulsion Division of CSIR-NAL, in 2002 as Scientist B. Currently, he is working as Principal Scientist. His area of interest includes combustion in supersonic flows, development of cavity based flame holders and injectors for supersonic combustion, development of test facilities for advanced combustor development and for intake characterization under static conditions. He has expertise in developing small gas turbine engine nozzles. He also works in the area of non-intrusive diagnostic for jet in cross flow.
