JAIDEV VYAS J

Mr. Jaidev Vyas has Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from JNTU (2006), Hyderabad and Master’s degree in Thermal Engineering from NIT, Warangal (2008).  He joined as a Scientist in Mechanical Systems Design Group under Structural Technologies Division of CSIR-NAL in 2012. He currently works on Modelling & Simulation of Aircraft Mechanical Systems (Hydraulic Actuation Systems, Landing gear systems, Environmental Control Systems and Fuel Systems). Apart from simulation activities, he is involved in establishment of lab scale test facilities like Servo Hydraulic Actuation System test rig and Six Degrees of motion platform for liquid slosh simulation.

Prior to joining NAL, Mr. Jaidev worked at General Electric (2008-11) and General Motors (2011-12), Bangalore in Aircraft and Automotive engine thermal management groups. He received IEEE Certificate of Excellence for the paper presented on “Mathematical Modelling of EHA System for Flight Control Surface Actuation”, UPCON, 9-11th December 2016, IIT-BHU, IEEE-UP Section.
