High Temperature Ceramic Fibre reinforced Ceramic Matrix Composites (CFCC) for High Temperature Structural Applications

Continuous ceramic fibre is embedded in ceramic matrix and an interface between them is tailored to form CFCCs (e.g. C/SiC, SiC/SiC, C/C etc.,) via Chemical Vapour Infiltration process (CVI) with improved fracture toughness/damage tolerance
